The Truth and Reconciliation Community of Bobcaygeon has a special place in our hearts for Drew Hayden Taylor. We had the honour of working with Drew when we brought “Cottagers and Indians” home to the Kawarthas.

Not only did Drew give workshops to students who spent the morning learning at Gamiig Nature Centre but he also participated up close and personal with audiences at several performances.

Drew Hayden Taylor’s work entertains and creates impact.  He opens  doors to better understanding and provokes important conversations about building better relationships.

Drew ~ we our rooting for you to win this award.
